April…showers?

April has got off to an absolutely amazing start in terms of weather - blue skies and lovely warmth are bringing the world back to life after a long winter! Work has been quite quiet after a busy end to March, which is pretty much as I was anticipating to be honest. I have beaten the figures from the first week of April 2024 though (not by much, true enough… but a win is a win!) and the second week of April 24 was an absolute wash out, so I know I am ahead of the game for next week already! I must learn not to stress about these quiet spells, but it goes quiet and the voices inside my head start nibbling away and pushing the imposter syndrome!

Anyway, plans are afoot to grow the business in a slightly novel direction which, hopefully, may open up some opportunities in other slightly adjacent sectors. I am looking at you, architects! But also in terms of commercial space, developers and other businesses that may have a need or vision for some of the things I am building up to offer in the coming weeks!
