Off to a good start

This week… things seem to be (finally) turning a corner! I am not fully booked up, but I have a fair few lined up along with an interview for another client which could take my work into new areas rather than simply property/real estate photography. Which is exciting (as variety is the spice of life) and also welcome on the ground that it spreads the risk to some extent by opening up new areas to work in rather than being entirely reliant on one industry which has significant ebbs and flows.

Today’s house though, what a stunner! I decided (possibly foolishly) that this would be a great test bed for trying some new techniques in my ever running quest to enhance my image quality and (hopefully) attract more work. This paid off today (if I am being honest - it was shot twice… so that if this didn’t work then nobody would be any wiser and the only cost was a few hours of my time!)… and a few of these will be heading into the portfolio shortly!
